Application :
As a floor topping in industrial & commercial areas such as food, drink & pharmaceutical plants, tool rooms, operation theaters, electrical / electronic assembly plants, light industrial plants, automotive showrooms and all other areas requiring hygiene, aesthetic, dust free and hard wearing surfaces.
Technical View :
• Pot life : 30 minutes at 300C
• Application temperature : 150C to 350C
• Specific gravity (Mixed) : 1.62±0.02
• Comp Strength : 60 N/mm2 at 7 days approx.
• Flexural strength : 16 N/mm2 at 7 days approx
• Full cure & Chemical resistance : 7 days
• Foot traffic : After 24 hrs.
Dosage/Coverage: Approx. 6m2 at 2mm thickness per pack.
Advantage & Use : Sealing of cracks in dry condition seal leakages in water tanks, pipelines, swimming pools, concrete etc.
Application : Take equal quantities of resin and catalyst, mix thoroughly till a uniform colour is obtained. Apply within 25-30 minutes to any dry rigid surface.
